Bhojan is a family run business, with deep rooted cultural values, we pride ourselves with our strong presence in the South Asian community in Qatar. From Stalls at cultural events to providing catering services to community gatherings. Our strong ties with the Gujarat Samaj Qatar, the North Indian Association, the various woman's associations, groups and social media communities such as Doha Foodies. Taking part in community events, or hosting groups for social gathering or awareness events. This is our community the Bhojan community.

Our concept combines variety, ambiance, entertainment and a superior staff to create a sense of 'place' to reach our goal of overall value in the dining/entertainment experience.We offer fair profits for the owners and investors, and a rewarding place to work for the employees.
Qatar is a very competitive but growing market, especially for the restaurant industry. There are a high number of South Indian and North Indian restaurants, our business outlay, service and most importantly the product is unique to the State of Qatar, there are no restaurants which provide this type of cuisine and would be unique. Qatari cuisine reflects traditional Arab and Levantine cuisine, it is also heavily influenced by Indian cuisine, and we hope to uphold the strong values of family dining a ritual which is shared between the two countries. The strong values of respect, beliefs, rituals will bring a very unique dining experience to our patrons. There is no specific market that we are aiming at, the reason for this is the specific cuisine which will appeal and cater to a wide range of groups and individuals, from corporate organisations, to families young and old.
The uniqueness of the cuisine is the main selling point, focusing on a specific market can be negative as the offering will appeal to the mass public, taking a focused approach to diets, freshness and high quality will deliver to the wider market.

  • We believe that all three elements down pat!  Our choice of locations is the city of Doha.  A business friendly local government coupled with a highly educated, well-heeled population is the perfect venue for fine Indian dining. There is a large Ex Pat community which are familiar with the offering we have a wide range of individuals and groups from the USA, UK and Europe including a direct affiliation to the South Asian communities.
  • Our diverse menu selection during both lunch and dinner hours has been developed after years of experience in the industry by our chefs.  Care has been taken to pick crowd pleasers and house specials that are not easy to find in Indian dining and the fare is priced very reasonably in line with local competitors.
Positioning

We are positioning ourselves to market specifically to the middle to upper middle-class clientele of well-heeled working professionals who live and work in Doha. Our typical customer is well educated having a graduate degree, working and/or living in Doha, looking for a tasteful and different Indian dining experience than what is offered by the local deli. We understand the city of Doha is in a prominent location, with a specific need to position ourselves in a unique innovative way. I believe with our very unique fine dining experience and an unrivalled menu and concept which are not available in the whole of Qatar, this business will not only flourish but bring a level of high standards which the current location commands.
